The Toledo Hospital Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enhance your knowledge and skills working with prominent physicians at an award-winning institution. Three fellows are accepted into the program annually.

Are you ready to get in the game? If so, our program utilizes the universal Sports Medicine Fellowship Application Form approved by the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine and administered through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP).
